Fair for the Mediterranean, some heavy showers in central and northern Europe

Monday
Monday is dry and mostly sunny in Iberia, rare showers in northern Spain, mostly in the Pyrenees. The Balearics and Sardinia and Corsica are dry with only a limited amount of cloud, if any. Afternoon rain in northern Italy, some patches drifting into central areas, dry with mostly sunny conditions to the south. Heavy afternoon showers spread across the Balkan States, though Albania remains generally dry and sunny. Few scattered showers in west and north Greece, otherwise sunny here. Some showers northwest Türkiye too, but elsewhere sunny.
Mixed cloud and sun in France, some rain in the far northwest later. A few showers in the Low Countries, generally cloudier here. Switzerland is dry with sunny spells, afternoon showers across Austria. Outbreaks of rain in north and east Germany, some sun spells in the west. Rain increasingly widespread across Czechia, Slovakia, and Hungary, this rain encroaching well into Romania and Bulgaria with heavy, thundery bursts. Showery rain affects Poland too. Belarus and Ukraine and drier, though some rain in east Ukraine.
The Baltic States stay dry and mostly sunny. Some rain in east Denmark with sunny spells. Rain affecting southern Sweden and Norway, more patchy to the north but only a few sunny spells. South Finland is drier with sunny spells, most rain concentrated in the north of Finland.

Tuesday
Fine through Spain and Portugal on Tuesday with lots of sunshine. Staying fair in the Balearics and this sunshine extends through Sardinia and into southern Italy. Northern Italy will have showers which will be heavy and thundery in the far north. Greece should be dry with sunny spells. A few showers in southern Turkey.
Rain in northern France, fair in the south. Heavy showers for the Low Countries, heavy rain in the west of Germany but fair in the east and lots of sunshine in Poland. Hungary will be dry and sunny with more sunshine to come in Austria. Heavy periods of thundery rain for Switzerland.
Scattered showers for Denmark. Fair in Sweden with sunny spells. Scattered showers in Finland, extending to Finland. Rain in southwestern parts of Norway and fair to the north.
